What Qualifies for a Return/Refund?
Returns/Refunds
- New product that did not arrive in the condition it was advertised.
- Incorrect Product (Receipt does not match product)
- Product that was purchased no later than 30 days prior, and meets at least on other return qualification
- Used product, and product that has been damaged by the buyer do not qualify for returns/refunds
- Product that was ordered incorrectly by the buyer does not qualify for returns/refunds
Return Procedure & Policies
- Shool’s must be notified via email of intent to return, and must approve the return
- Once return has been approved, product will be shipped by the buyer, in its original packaging and must include all manual and paperwork
- Product must be shipped within 20 days of return approval
- Freight costs, damage/repair charges, and cancellation fees are the buyer’s responsibility
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This will be subtracted prior to refund
- Please allow up to 30 days after the receipt of returned product to Shools for the return to be processed.
Warranties
- Shool’s does not offer any warranties.
- All warranties are with and the responsibility of the product manufacturer.
- Please contact the product manufacturer to discuss any warranty related issues or questions.
